The building is located in the core of the Moon Bay supporting area. Moon Bay, located in the core business section of the Science and Education Innovation Zone, is an important part of the supporting service area. It is planned by the United States and the United Architects and Architectural Design Office according to the high starting point of the Central Business District. The overall layout is based on “a core, an east-west axis”. The design concept of a natural boundary line and three vertical levels has been planned. The planned construction area is 1.11 million square meters in a total area of 0.73 square kilometers, of which 120,000 square meters have been built and 990,000 square meters are to be built.
